From writing the first policy of Title Insurance in 1876 to the present, it is with extreme pleasure that we announce that Jeff Dasse has joined the Commonwealth NCS team as Vice President of Business Development in our Torrance Branch to serve Los Angeles County.

Jeff Dasse is an experienced title insurance professional with over twenty years of expertise in providing expert access to title insurance and settlement services for commercial properties nationwide. He specializes in catering to various needs, including construction financing, transactional real estate, and commercial lending. Jeff collaborates with a wide range of professionals daily, including real estate developers, commercial real estate brokers, attorneys, and lenders. Clients and colleagues would describe him as knowledgeable, solution-driven, and attentive. Additionally, he is a proud graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, focusing on Computer Science.
