From writing the first policy of Title Insurance in 1876 to the present, it is with extreme pleasure that Paul Monaco has joined the Commonwealth NCS team as Vice President and Bay Area Sales Director.
 
Paul is extremely versed in all areas of commercial real estate transactions including investment sales, development projects and data centers. Paul has worked in Silicon Valley and the Peninsula for over 20 years. Throughout this time, he has proven to be one of the most successful sales executives in the industry. 
 
Paul takes a consultative approach with his clients and has an extensive title background, allowing him to work closely with our team of National Underwriters. He will lead the team of Commonwealth Sales Professionals in the Bay Area, aiming to be the industry leader. People who work closely with Paul describe him as personable, reliable and a great connector of professionals across the industry. His charismatic personality reflects his dedication to both his clients and the community.
 
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in the field of Advertising. He lives with his wife Kate and their three children, two daughters and a son in the Willow Glen area. They all have a passion for gardening, music, and sports which keeps them busy daily.
 
In the spirit of volunteerism, Paul is the Vice Chair of Garden to Table whose mission is to create a sustainable local food system that builds community, improves access to healthy food, and teaches residents how to cultivate their own fruits and vegetables.
