Will Poole is results-driven, and his strong work ethic and solid commercial real estate background fortifying his new role as Assistant Vice President, National Account Manager at Commonwealth NCS. With eight years of commercial real estate experience in sales and development, Will thrives on making strategic connections in the commercial real estate world to facilitate successful deals for his clients. He is embarking on all aspects of the industry, bringing strategic thinking, diligence, and a personable approach to every client engagement. Originally from Queens, New York, Will excels in clear communication and teamwork. He is guided by the philosophy, “Work hard, treat people with kindness and respect, and never stop improving,” and upholds the values of integrity, reliability, and measurable client value. Will’s discipline, adaptability, and client-first mindset have fueled his success, including recognition as 2019 Rookie of the Year and Principal at Lee & Associates, induction into the Ventura College Hall of Fame, and earning the title of USC Rose Bowl Defensive MVP in 2004. He is also a former 3-year NFL athlete with the Miami Dolphins, finishing out his football career in Toronto.

Will holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California and an A.B.S. in Business Administration from Ventura Community College. He actively participates in professional and community organizations, including the USC Football Alumni Association, USC Alumni Real Estate Network, USC Black Alumni Association, NFLPA, and the B.O.S.S. program of Long Beach, and serves as a youth sports coach and mentor.
